Old Fashioned

  • Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 1 sugar cube, 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters, orange twist.

  • Instructions: Muddle sugar cube and bitters with a splash of water in a glass. Add whisky and ice, stir, and garnish with an orange twist.

  1. New York Sour

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 0.75 oz lemon juice, 0.75 oz simple syrup, 0.5 oz red wine.

    • Instructions: Shake whisky, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice, strain into a glass with ice, and float red wine on top.

  2. Paris Between the Wars

    • Ingredients: 1.5 oz Traveller Whisky, 0.75 oz Campari, 0.75 oz lemon juice, splash of sparkling wine.

    • Instructions: Shake whisky, Campari, and lemon juice with ice, strain into a glass, and top with sparkling wine.

  3. Classic Mint Julep

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 8 mint leaves, 0.25 oz simple syrup, mint sprig for garnish.

    • Instructions: Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a glass, add whisky and ice, stir, and garnish with a mint sprig.

  4. Northern Standard

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 1 oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 2 dashes orange bitters.

    • Instructions: Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with an orange twist.

  5. Bourbon-Tea Julep

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 1 oz black tea, 0.5 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz oleo saccharum.

    • Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a glass with ice, and garnish with lemon twist and mint.

  6. Classic Manhattan

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, cherry for garnish.

    • Instructions: Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with a cherry.

  7. Maple Bourbon Smash

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 0.5 oz maple syrup, 0.5 oz lemon juice, lemon twist.

    • Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a glass with ice, and garnish with lemon twist.

  8. Paper Plane

    • Ingredients: 0.75 oz Traveller Whisky, 0.75 oz Aperol, 0.75 oz Amaro Nonino, 0.75 oz lemon juice.

    • Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.

  9. Highland Nightcap

    • Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 0.5 oz honey syrup, 0.25 oz lemon juice, lavender flowers for garnish.

    • Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with lavender flowers and lemon twist.
