Old Fashioned
Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 1 sugar cube, 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters, orange twist.
Instructions: Muddle sugar cube and bitters with a splash of water in a glass. Add whisky and ice, stir, and garnish with an orange twist.
New York Sour
Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 0.75 oz lemon juice, 0.75 oz simple syrup, 0.5 oz red wine.
Instructions: Shake whisky, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice, strain into a glass with ice, and float red wine on top.
Paris Between the Wars
Ingredients: 1.5 oz Traveller Whisky, 0.75 oz Campari, 0.75 oz lemon juice, splash of sparkling wine.
Instructions: Shake whisky, Campari, and lemon juice with ice, strain into a glass, and top with sparkling wine.
Classic Mint Julep
Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 8 mint leaves, 0.25 oz simple syrup, mint sprig for garnish.
Instructions: Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a glass, add whisky and ice, stir, and garnish with a mint sprig.
Northern Standard
Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 1 oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 2 dashes orange bitters.
Instructions: Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with an orange twist.
Bourbon-Tea Julep
Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 1 oz black tea, 0.5 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz oleo saccharum.
Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a glass with ice, and garnish with lemon twist and mint.
Classic Manhattan
Ingredients: 2 oz Traveller Whisky, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, cherry for garnish.
